We often assume when we feel negative sensations (especially anxiety) it is because something has gone wrong, when in fact it may be just the disorienting side effects of our success and growth. Rebecca is breaking down why feeling negative emotions has nothing to do with being worthy or feeling worthy. What is actually happening, teaching you techniques to change your relationship to worthiness to feel worthy NOW.
Rebecca is a Board Certified Health Mindset Coach, having trained and certified with the Mayo Clinic and Functional Medicine Institute. She works with clients to create amazing relationships with their body and their health, because when they do that, they achieve goals that they didn’t think were possible, they love themselves, they are happier, and they have the confidence to get anything they want. She works with entrepreneurs, executives and high achievers who recognize that their health is the foundation for everything they want BUT they don’t want to compromise their dreams, ambition and desires to take care of it. She works 1:1 to help them listen to their body, change their internal monologue and trust themselves. This improves inflammation, stress and ultimately changes their life.
