  • Worthy as You

It’s time to take off the armor. The armor you’ve picked up to protect yourself throughout your life from the hurt, pain, disappointment. It’s time to put down all the hats you wear. The hats you’ve had to wear to please, get approval, receive acceptance.

It’s time to let go of the disguises. The disguises you’ve worn to fit in, belong, and be loved. It’s time to drop all the weight of the burdens you carry and the responsibility you hold. They weren’t yours to begin with.

It’s time to let go of the fear of failure, rejection, and unworthiness that’s holding you back from being the person you want to be, creating the life you want to have, and living the dream you long to live.

It’s time because…you never needed these things in the first place. We thought we did. We were taught we did. We were taught that in order to be loved and worthy we must be someone we aren’t. Hide the truest parts of ourselves. Blend in even though we were meant to stand out.

“Worthy as YOU” is a 90-minute online workshop where we are learning how to put all of this down and begin to celebrate, accept, and love ourselves. It’s part of the life-long journey to see ourselves as enough and worthy exactly as we are. During this event, you will learn exercises, tools, and questions to take with you not just during the workshop, but for the rest of your life. An interactive 90 minutes to connect with yourself, others in your community, and be deeply moved and inspired.

There is nothing more you have to be. It’s time to learn how to see yourself as enough and worthy right now. This is where the journey begins. You are worthy and enough exactly as you are.

  • Fall In Love With Yourself Through Fitness

In our culture today, we use fitness as a way of punishing our bodies. We torture our bodies into a shape that hopefully fits societies definition of beauty. And, if we don't, we will shame ourselves, cover ourselves up, and use food as a means to punish ourselves until we feel beautiful, sexy, and worthy.

By understanding we can access our mental and emotional power through physical fitness, we can use fitness a chance to tap into our self-worth and power. We do a workout that is friendly for all fitness levels followed by a workshop on self-compassion.
