Hello Worthy Warriors, and welcome back to the podcast, and hello again from San Miguel, Mexico! This week I would love to talk about being kind when setting boundaries or making disruptive change, kind to both yourself and others.
When Robbie and I decided to elope we had a lot of pushback from family members. The biggest lesson we took for it was to communicate honestly but with kindness. It’s important to accept people for who they are, and prioritize one's own well-being without resentment. I encourage you to reflect on why they want others to change and to take responsibility for your disappointment when they aren’t able to, or unwilling.
