  • What is the one thing you need to change to change everything? Know Your Worth.

Growing up, we are all taught we have to earn love, be deserving of success, hustle, grind, and prove ourselves. The unwritten rule here? “You are unworthy unless…”

This idea has created the woundedness in our society today.

Join Jillie as she helps us identify our limiting worthiness story and rewrite your own narrative that empowers you to live a life that sets your soul on fire. Here's a hint: Where would you be without the thought, "there is something wrong with me"?

    Takeaways:

Tools and exercises to practice seeing your worthiness.

    Identify your Worthiness story.

Learn how to rewrite your worthiness story.

A personal CV for your life.

  • Gratitude is a contagious and powerful force that actively alters how we experience joy and fulfillment on a daily basis. Attitude of Gratitude is an uplifting and invigorating idea, where you receive and experience creative practices, tools and techniques to feel more gratitude and appreciation. What we focus on, grows and by focusing on gratitude and all the facets of gratitude, we allow ourselves to experience life in a different way.

Jillie uses the lessons of gratitude in her life to talk about the three aspects of gratitude: gratitude for others, self, and circumstance. Through storytelling, she demonstrates the impact gratitude has had in her life and others.

Gratitude is not about masking the bad, but finding the beauty in the chaos. With SIMPLE daily practices, you can rewire your brain to experience life, relationships, and yourself differently.

    Takeaways:

Learning the three aspects of Gratitude.

Feel immense gratitude for yourself and others in your life.

Learn how to effectively express gratitude.

Learn how to experience life differently.

  • After college, Jillie had a certain idea of what success looked like. It means a big house, a nice car, a family, a high paying job, and a large sum of money in a bank account. Because of comparison (which is the thief of joy) Jillie felt like she wasn't enough. She felt like a failure and began "shoulding" on herself.

One day, she reread a vision of her life from a few years before. She realized that her life was exactly what she had written. It was full of meaning, adventure, love, and fulfillment. From the outside it didn't look like what society told her success was, but she was joyous, inspired, energized, and fulfilled. She began redefining her definition of success and as she did that, her life changed. She allowed herself to enjoy, be present, and live. Soon, she became a magnet for opportunity, abundance, and adventure.

This keynote gives people permission to define success for themselves. She focuses on how they want to feel and how to bring that into their lives. This increases morale, productivity, and overall life/job satisfaction.

    Takeaways:

    Your own definition of success.

What values are important to you? Why?

When in your life have you felt this way?

What ways can you bring this into your life now?

Concrete ways to bring your definition of success into your life.

Speaking Bio:

Jillie Johnston is a Worthiness Coach, international speaker, and joy spreader. As a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser, Jillie knows what it’s like to put her worth outside of herself - achievements, approval, accolades, income, and impact.

After overcoming sexual abuse, her parents divorce, being a Division 1 athlete, and an international co-founder of a nonprofit, she still craved someone else’s love and approval. She needed that to feel enough. Through those experiences, she realized it was time to stop seeking love and worth outside of herself. It was time to go within.

8 years later, she is an international speaker & coach on self-worth and self-love. She helps people see and cultivate their sense of self worth to create a life that sets their soul on fire. She’s living proof of this work as her partner, their two cats, and herself travel around the country in their van as she spreads this message: You’re more than enough. You always have been. You always will be. It’s time to know your worth like never before.

She has consulted with Davita Health Inc, held workshops at University of Michigan Medical School, held courses and workshops for the Wounded Warrior Project & 99walks, is a US Ambassador for One Young World Leadership Conference, and was part of a speaker series from Peru to Chicago on Worthiness & Empowerment. She has served over five thousand women around the world through groups, 1:1 coaching, and facilitation.
